Camstay is a family-run business, and we aim to offer the same exceptional level of service to all our guests during weekdays and weekends, day or night.
All properties are fully furnished to a high standard. Kitchens are fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and utensils. Appliances include microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Cleaning products are also provided.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival. This includes fresh milk, tea, coffee and sugar and breakfast hamper with fresh bread, fresh orange juice, cereal, butter and preserves.
A full inventory of property contents is provided.
No items are to be removed from the property during your stay.
Camstay will:
- Contact you around 48 hours prior to your arrival time to confirm details and to obtain check-in information
- Greet you personally and conduct a full check-in of the property, and give an overview of the facilities and the surrounding area
- Supply you with high speed broadband access to ensure you can get online quickly
- Provide a housekeeping service including a weekly clean of all areas and change of bed linen and towels
- Provide an allocated parking space upon request
- Offer a concierge service (Cambridge Riverside only)
